Part bake bread

My part - baked baguettes are 12 days past their Best Before date can I still bake and eat them? No signs of mould or spoillage!

Oh yes. They’ll be fine.

Yes, we would do the visual check and the sniff test, if it passes both we eat it. It isn't like the second it passes midnight on a use before date it starts going off. There is leeway built in to it too. On that basis, we have often eaten part baked baguettes etc way past their dates because the brand we buy seems very good for it plus it is in a sealed bag.
