Forgotten password - email link not sending email!

So l'm trying to cancel an annual subscription and when I go to my account on their website I try and sign in. It said incorrect password; link to connect forgotten password to email. I press the link. Check emails. Junk and inbox. It doesn't arrive. Press resend link.
After 3 times it still hasn't arrived. This was several hours ago now. It's the correct email in the link.
This has happened many times with other websites. However, not ones where money is involved so I choose to use something else instead.
I can't find anything useful on Contact Us. No numbers or email. Facebook, Twitter and instagram links don't seem to help. Tried sending a message on instagram and have had no reply.

Is it a direct debit or a continuous payment? If it’s a direct debit, just cancel it through your bank.
It it’s linked to your card, cancel your card and get a new one? Or speak to your bank and ask if they can help cancel the payment.

It’s annoying when it’s a continuous payment authority as you can’t cancel that yourself through online banking but it’s easy enough to cancel once you speak to your bank, they’ll do it for you. You still have to try and send a notice to the company though to cancel the service. Stepchange have a template letter for that too so you can send it to their social media accounts and inform them that you are cancelling the service.

Are you using the correct email address? I use two similar ones and sometimes I enter the wrong one.

Yes go in the bank. Even if you cancel your card it will still go out. I had this with something. It stopped once the bank got involved. Did try to sort over telephone banking bit it was frustrating.

I work in customer service and our online account doesn't tell you if you don't have an account it just says the login is wrong, it's really annoying! Even if you had an account once sometimes the website is updated so you need to create a new account anyway. Worth a try!
