Although I use the internet a lot I have to say that I am totally clueless when it comes to newer things like chat gpt but have been reading it is really good for helping with things like CVs and help when filling out application forms etc (I am currently looking for work).
I have also seen a few people say it has helped them set up health and wellbeing goals etc. I have some chronic health issues and am hoping I can use this to help me.
Is it safe though. I feel that I would be venturing blindly into a completely unknown world for me.
