Split second power cut

Did anyone’s lights flicker at about 6.45 this evening? The radio momentarily went off and the extractor fan stopped, but it was just for the blink of an eye.

I assumed it would be a fairly local thing but then I spoke to a friend who is about 150 miles away and the same thing had happened.

Nope, but this happens from time to time around here if too many neighbours have their electric vehicles plugged in at the same time.

I'd imagine it was coincidence that you and your friend had a blip at the same time.

@SchoolQuery1981 never noticed anything around here but then again, not many electric cars either from what I’ve seen.
