I love my friend Elsa. She loves me. She can do lots of impressive things like sailing a boat, a real one, on the sea. I wouldn't go so far as call it a yacht, but she (the boat) is called the Mai Tai after the cocktail. This alone lets you know that Elsa is a person of the quality. However, being Dutch, Elsa favours the Amsterdam method of pasta preparation which is snapping spaghetti in half, vigorously stirring it as it boils until pale grey and gelatinous then rinsing it without mercy under the cold tap in a colander. Serve with low fat margarine.
Elsa won't mind me saying this because her unique style is legendary and she doesn’t care.
