Stupid me... managed to get some tickets today on the official Lapland UK website for later this week but I've put my child's name incorrectly - it must have autofilled as it's my own name! I was in a rush buying them and obviously didn't double check.
There's no way to change the child's name online. I can cancel still but lose my booking fee, I've also emailed them but online (Facebook/instagram) people are saying emails are going unanswered.
As it's so last minute she is unlikely to get an invite in time anyway but the main thing is the "good list" Santa has which will have the incorrect name. Anything else which should have her name??
Any words of wisdom? We are very nearby so could pop in to them but I'm not sure if anyone there would even be able to help!! Am I overreacting and maybe it's something we can explain away... oh look mummy's on the good list etc 🙈 arghh
