Carpet ? Yes or no

Does anyone have carpet in their living room still.

Sometimes I feel like lt would be nice to have a cosy carpet . But i have dogs, cats and children things can get spilt. Although not often. I'm not sure if it would be practical.

I definitely do not want a rug .

I'm not sure why you don't want a rug?
I have a large rug almost the size of my living room, it is easy to clean and could be cheaply replaced.
Perfect for life with animals and children.
Cozier than bare floor.

I wish we had carpet. We have a rug and it isn't the same. Love visiting houses with carpets!!!!

I don't and looking at the state of my rug with young kids and pets I'm glad I don't have a carpet as it would be permanently filthy. But If I didn't have the rug it would look a bit cold and unfinished maybe so I have one of those washable rugs

Choose a large rug as an alternative.
