Easy Baked Meatballs Recipe

My go to is BBC Good Food but they’ve changed it & you have to take out a subscription. I was bewildered by all the meatball recipes online & can’t be doing with converting American quantities etc. Does anyone have a simple recipe please?

My base recipe is a pound of mince and 250g ricotta plus some carbonated water added. No eggs, no breadcrumbs (unless its for rolling in), only light kneading. Cumin, coriander, garlic, Paprika, 5 spice and salt for seasoning. Assemble on a tray and roast for 20-25 min at 160-180 degrees. You could easily change the seasoning to all sorts of tastes.
