Hello mumsnetters

I'm in my 30s & i've got my 2nd attempt at a driving test next week, super nervous!

First one i failed for basically stopping on a yellow box my back end was on it causing partial obstruction! And for braking too abruptly at one point, it's been 4 months since that and lots more lessons, I feel more confident but still not confident I'll pass as I was so suprisrd how nervous I became once 1st test had started

Any tips for nerves?

Also test is 3.50pm so I think it gets dark by 4.20 now, I've never drove in the dark hoping that doesnt throw me & i mess up even putting the lights haha

I mean, practising driving in the dark might be a good place to start.

Well yes except my instructor doesn't work those hours and I never thought driving tests were conducted when it's dark! :-/
