Dog friendly stop on the a303

Any recommendations where to stop in the a303 for a quick leg stretch for the dog ? Happy to drive slightly off route for somewhere

Depends which bit but the village of Martock in Somerset is good. The craft centre has an excellent tea shop (no dogs but we either bring things out to the car, take it in turns or just leave them). Lots of little perambulations nearby and a very pretty stony village.
