Hi i just wanted some advice.
I booked an apartment in Spain on booking.com. It said that it had an outdoor swimming pool.
I looked at the list of facilities for more detail, and it said that the swimming pool was open all year round.
I booked it because I specifically wanted to use a swimming pool.
I arrived at the apartment. I went out to look at the pool. The pool is closed. It is taped off and empty of water.
I just feel so annoyed that i was lied to. This apartment wasn't cheap
If I had known the pool was closed I would have stayed somewhere else.
I've been messaging the owner. She hasn't replied yet.
I'm just wondering what can I do. Its definitely a service that is not as described. Should I try to get a partial refund from booking.com? Has anyone been in this position before and what did you do?
