Dd ex went to prison just over 4 years ago. Due to DV . Originally he was meant to do 9 months . But in all he's done 4 years with short spells of being out of prison. He ends up being back there due to a mix of breaking restraining order ie probation/license agreement etc .
Back in August he found out where dd lives . He can't know where she is as he's a heigh risk offender and it puts her and her children at risk.
Dd has done everything she should have . One of the things she done was contact her housing department. Who know of the situation. The housing officer agreed that dd needs to be moved for her safety. Reassured dd it would happen told her how it all works and what she will do to get dd moved etc . She was very supportive.
Then suddenly the communication gets really bad. Not returing dds calls or emails. Or fobbing her off etc. Dds DV advocate is involved she gets the same problems with the housing officer. There's then a MARAC meeting . Where the housing offer was questioned about why everything is taking so long . She blamed dd and said dd has not given her safe areas which is totally untrue. The housing officer then said let's do xyz. Apprently MARAC where not impressed . Dd and DV advocate then thought things would get moving. But nope still very slow.
Apprently the housing officer has now made the referral to emgency housing panel. The panel has Apprently asked DD "why did you put yourself in danger by not changing your sons school"? Her sons school has absolutely nothing to do with her ex finding out where she lives. Somone told him her address. Her child started the school after dd ex went to prison. Her ex has no idea what school her child gos to. Also the school and social services activity supported and encouraged that her son stay at the school. Due to the support they have given and it was the one stability the her child had.
Another marac has been called because the housing officer is taking way to long with things still not returning emails/phone calls. Have also found out dd ex is wanted due to things he has done to 4 other woman. Although we don't knlw the details about them woman .
