DH has bought this as Im convolesing after an op and cant have anything eith bits in. Has cask aged sherry in it 😳 im assuming the alcohol will have burnt off and it just leaves a nice taste?

Would it say on the ingredients how much alcohol is in?? I would assume the alcohol content is destroyed in the cooking process
