Ex has always been good with paying for his 2 children. I do feel he's given a good amount. Of 500 a month. He was on 50k a year he lives with his mum . He gives her 200 a month for house keeping. The rest of his bills are for catalogues and simlar. His an older long term driver last time he mentioned it his car insurance was pretty low.
Recently my dd. Asked him if she could go to his for the weekend with her younger brothers . He said yes. When dd came home she told me. That when they were eating . My ex was telling his adult daughter. That I get 50k a year on benefits. His daughter said that's alot of money for someone who has not earned it. I do not get 50k in benefits.
Then yesterday he rang me and said he's got bad news that his job is having problems and it was a choice of either laying him off or giving him 4 hours a day meaning his income will basically half. So he can now only pay 250 a month for the 2 children.
As I said I know 500 is a good amount. But I just feel suspicious that he has a chat with his daughter about the amount of money I get. Which is the wrong amount . Then he says hours on his job are cut so the amount he guess for the children has to half. It could all well be true. But i just feel suspicious.
Edit to Say we have a private arrangement it's not actually through csa
