Is anyone else’s sainsbury’s like this? I don’t usually shop with them online and haven’t for a year but I struggle to get a slot for tesco here as it’s more popular. Twice recently I've ordered sainsbury’s, first time 11 unavailable items, I put that down as a one off but this time 9 unavailable items? I never have this with tesco, on the rare occasion an item isn’t available it’s only the one is this usual for sainsbury’s?

I don't know about Sainsburys but Tesco have maintained a very strict policy over the years of 99% availability so that is why you will have less substitutes.

HeddaGarbled · 15/11/2024 16:16

Not here. Maybe one or two items but always sensible substitutions available.

PrettyYellow30 · 15/11/2024 16:21

Not where I am. I order and my stuff always comes, or may have 1 or 2 items that hasn't. Not that many though

Yes it's been ridiculous this week for us. We are in the north west.

Lozza70 · 15/11/2024 19:46

Very unusual. Rarely get products unavailable. Are you clicking on subs for those products you don’t mind subbing as well? Sainsbury’s also operate on 99% availability. Was this a one off?

JeanLundegaard · 15/11/2024 19:49

No real issues, use them every week.

SprinklesSparkles · 15/11/2024 19:50

no this was the second time i’ve ordered recently, yes there was subs, 2 subs this time 3 the last time, the rest was just unavailable. think i will stick to tesco.

Use them every week. Never had more than one and that's rare.

Maybe a problem at your nearest store. It's worth reporting
