Chicken breast recipes?

Hi, my kids won't eat anything spicy or too saucy (stir fry, curry). Does anyone have suggestions for nice healthy chicken breast recipes with seasoning and flavour, but without too much sauce? Or other interesting ways to prepare it? Thank you!

Slice it thinly (or batter it between plastic sheets), then coat in seasoned flour (I add a small amount of paprika). Dip in milk and then coat in crushed cornflakes. Cook in the oven, on wire racks if possible.
I know it sounds odd, but it's really nice! And no sauce unless you add it.

Marinated in oil and paprika and cooked in a griddle pan.

Pesto is delicious with chicken breast. You can get various types of pesto, not just the classic basil one, although that is a great combo.

Ditto garlic. Adding fresh parsley to a garlicky meal helps to reduce the odour and freshen the breath, if that is a concern.

Hunter's chicken with barbecue sauce, bacon and cheese is yummy.

One of my most favourite ever dishes is made with chicken breast, sundried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, capers and creme fraiche. I won't provide recipes though as you may prefer to search online.

Salt and pepper is about as spicy as I can cope with, so bland is my favourite flavour.

Green pesto is beautiful with chicken. Either with pasta or in a wrap. Or a chicken breast, sliced open, stuffed with mozzarella and chopped tomatoes and wrapped with bacon. That’s nice with green pesto in a ciabatta.

Butterfly the breasts and fill with cheese and chopped ham, put back tops stick a cocktail stick in breasts and salt and black pepper outside a drizzle of oil to stop them drying out and bake in the oven till cooked

Fajitas and they can pick their own toppings.

Flatten the chicken, coat in breadcrumbs, fry and have with chips and peas.

Chicken skewers - marinate in honey, soy sauce and a bit of lemon. Let them choose any veg to go on the skewers and grill.
