Anyone else having problems logging into NatWest

Hi, that's it really. I don't know if I've put my wrong details into online banking but it has said my account has been disabled. Has it happened to anyone else? I think NatWest online banking might be down. I'm on the Cora chatbot and it says they are experiencing high volumes. Just tried to phone too and 34 minute wait time so I'm hoping for a callback. I just wanted to see if anyone else having the same problem and I'll try again in a few hours. Thanks!

NatWest has just confirmed online banking is down.

Thanks for the thread OP, I couldn't log on was worried about fraud and was told a 35 minute wait on calls.

PiggyPigalle - I don't tend to use my phone for banking as it is old and I have trouble with apps. As my transaction isn't urgent I'll wait until online banking is up and running so I can do it on my laptop.

I didn't have to wait 34 minutes for the callback - it was quite quick. They said the message is one that usually appears when fraud is involved but in this case it isn't. He said wait a couple of hours and all should be fine.

I thought I'd put in the wrong details and got logged out but seems not.
