How do I change this in conditional formatting?
I need ordered from supplier to be in orange
and shipped by supplier to be in yellow

Please help 😊

Hiya,

So main toolbar - conditional formatting -highlight cells rules - text that contains - specific text containing "your phrase" -- format with you colour choice. For orange use the customised format, fill orange colour of your choice.

I had to compress the images so let me know if you can't see them well.

how do I get it to repeat each time I select “ordered from supplier” for example see photo please

Have you applied the conditional formatting to the whole column? Ie, select the column and then click on Conditional Formatting to specify what text values should have each formatting?

You can also use the Format Painter, top left hand corner, little yellow paintbrush. Make it active then select format you want to copy. Click on the other cells or range
