Vinted question / unsure what to do

Hiya, I've had two situations recently where the buyer simply hasn't collected the item, nor raised an issue. The item has then come back to me. The buyer then reaches out but the payment has already reached me weeks ago, the sale is completed in Vinted. In one case the buyer has given me positive feedback, despite knowing they still needed to collect the item!

What do I do?

Nothing, it's the buyers fault, sale is complete, just re list the item.

Not your problem, they have plenty of time to collect or they should’ve got it sent to their home address if they thought it might be an issue.

Thanks. I haven't had this before and I feel bad in some way, but then on the other hand they've also wasted my time and energy. I've printed off labels packaged and sent the items etc.
