Unexpectedly moving overseas at very short notice next week and trying to get rid of some stuff, which I put on FB as free. Clearly stating it was free.
Twenty people asked if it was free.
Twenty said “I’ll have it. Address?”
Five got arsey with me when I said it had gone.
One wanted me to drop it at Oxford station, as she doesn’t have a car. I don’t live anywhere near Oxford.
One sent me a series of question marks as I didn’t respond to his “I’ll have it” quickly enough.
Two people appear to be in Nigeria and another in South Africa.
Not doing this again! Have given away some furniture on here before and didn’t have this problem!
Is it always this bad?
