Two lumps under right ear ?!

Hey everyone looking for advice I do have a private scan Friday so fingers crossed

So about 3 months ago I got a few piercings tongue , nose and surface tragus a few weeks after that I found two lumps one right under my right ear and the next just below my jaw line same side as the right ear I booked a gp appointment they said could be lymph node keep and eye should go down had to travel for a family emergency so was out the country was away for 2 months while I was away I decided to take out my piercings on doing so a couple days later the lump right under the ear went down a tiny tiny bit well I think so since then the lumps have stayed the same haven't gotten smaller or bigger

Not sure what this could be but I'm quite anxious any advise thank you

Well you are having a scan so I wouldn’t worry about it as that’s what the scan will tell you.

iv got a lot and know body piercers
it’s probably the piercings, they trigger a reaction in your body to heal as you have caused a wound and filled it with a foreign object to stop the body doing that.
you are not really meant to get multiple piercings at the same time for this very reason, the body has to work much harder to try to heal.
It’s probably caused the nodes to come up, if it is that they may go down but they also not until you remove the thing that is causing your body to be on high alert.

for example my nose caused nothing but issues and eventually had to give in and call it quits, I had a nipple done that took months to settle (eventually had to put in a plastic bar and then a couple of years later once it settled down I changed to metal ring again) even though the other nipple never caused the slightest issue. Iv had multiple piercings over the years and most are fine but I had these two that for no apparent reason my body just didn’t like!

for what it’s worth I had a lump under my left ear that I was told was probably a lymph node. I had it for literally years then one day I noticed it had gone.

Your GP doesn't sound obviously worried, otherwise they'd have sent you for a scan. DD was referred and had a scan within a week.
