Someone help me not feel as guilty!

So it’s odd sock day today at nursery for disabilities and they’re teaching kids about being different

its amazing but I forgot it was today! I just seen an update on our nursery portal and I feel so guilty I put both kids in matching socks!!!

I know it’s silly as some nurseries won’t even be taking part. But I hate missing out on stuff for them

am I just being silly feeling bad about it?

NB: all future dress up days etc have been put in my calendar with a reminder to nudge me the day before!

I did this one with my twins - completely missed that it was odd sock day, but thankfully the teachers were savvy enough just to get them to swap one over! So one white sock and one grey sock each 🙈. Your kids’ teachers might do the same? But I’m sure after the initial realisation, the kids won’t really think twice about it

Your DC will have odd socks as will be the only one with a matching pair ...

Yeah one is 1 and one is 3 and both have spares in the bag so maybe the staff have swapped one over hopefully!

Felt so bad I thought it was next week!!!
