Have tickets for Ricky Gervais tonight. If I go to my Ticketmaster app the tickets are there but when I click them to get to the barcode it just says 'error'
Had a few emails saying I needed to get the '02 venues' app, Done that, Again the tickets are there but I just get a different error code and no barcode.
Then I added them to apple wallet, They are there but again no barcode.
The only way I can see the barcodes is if I go to Ticketmaster using safari, They are all there including barcodes.
Because of the emails saying I need to use 02 venues to get in will I be able to get in using ticketmasters website?
This has never happened before, I usually just book tickets, open Ticketmaster app, they scan it and I go in! I don't live close to the venue at all and will be setting off soon to get there in time and would rather not go if it means not getting in..
