If you sit at a table for meals, which chairs do you find best?
I'm trying to choose new ones but am lost when faced with all the options.
Our chairs (pine ladderback ones -from IKEA many years ago-with washable tie-on cushions) are now a danger to unprepared guests and probably best as firewood.
Our meals are mostly enjoyed in a small room, at a large, very solid plain oak table -near a modern light oak sideboard and white walls. Meals at the table are for family and guests.
Which chairs would you go for in these circumstances?
