Sciatica Pain

I have had sciatica pain in and off for around 6 years now (best from the east to thank) and it's really starting to get to me. I also had a TIA last year and I am scared to go to the GP as with the pain and also some coordination issues what they will say. I dunno what I want from this but I haven't said it to anyone I know but need to release it. Anyone got any words of encouragement or wisdom.

Please go get it seen to!
A TIA is a serious problem because one in three eventually end up having a stroke. You'll need to have scans and be on anti-platelet drugs to prevent stroke. In the meantime you can use daily low dose aspirin for this purpose.

I have sciatica as well as degenerative disc problems. You'll probably need to see a physiotherapist as well as your GP for nerve pain medication. There is help out there.

The bottom line is to take action for these problems. There is much more to fear in doing nothing.
