Does anyone else have problems with mobile phone signals/coverage?

I've been with O2 for 24 years, always found them reliable, well priced and easy to do business with.
This year has been problematic.
I'm struggling to make and receive calls at my home address since June. Away from my address it's fine.

My phone is a two year old Android phone. Bought from John Lewis and under two year guarantee, I returned it in September and they gave it a clean bill of health. (Sent back to the manufacturer)

I have WiFi calls enabled on my phone.
On Thursday I had seven calls where I could hear the caller clearly, I kept dropping in and out, they just couldn't hear me.

O2 can't find a fault, I've got an app that checks coverage in my area all is fine.
The last time I went into O2 they said give it til December and if it's not any better move to a different provider.

Any thoughts? Are others struggling with phone coverage?
I know lots of companies piggyback off the four big providers, so if I move I need to choose carefully that i don't end up with O2 again, any suggestions,?

Yes I've been struggling with o2! For months now. Intermittently.

That's interesting.
When I've been into o2 stores, they're helpful but never answer me directly when I ask if this is a problem for others.
I'm on the O2 community website, loads of others are complaining.

I really can't understand if I've enabled WiFi calling on my phone why it doesn't kick in if the O2 signal is not strong enough.
I almost dread my phone ringing as I don't know if my signal is strong enough to sustain a call.
Not for every call but definitely for a lot of them.
