Anyone else having issues, or am I just really unlucky?
I've Click and Collect'd x3 separate Boots purchases in the last two months and none of them have arrived in store when they said they would.
They sell Click and Collect as the convenient option, but my experiences can't have been further from the truth. There's always been an excuse ("the delivery van broke down", "we've been really busy", "come back again tomorrow"....)
It's very frustrating, especially when I'm dropping a small fortune on the products each time.
