So sad to hear of his death. He was the kindest man. Many years ago a friend of a friend who had lost her hair to cancer had an appointment with him to style the wig she had bought. My friend went with her for support. He took one look at her wig, said it was rubbish and he could do nothing much with it. He then called a cab, took her to a specialist wig maker, advised her on the wig she needed - paid for it out of his own money - took her back to his salon and styled the wig for her. All expenses paid.
He did similar things for many women and girls, a kind , generous and compassionate man.
