eufy docking station help!

My eufy Clean L60 has just arrived and I was so excited to get it set up and mapping the rooms, but it says the docking station has to be on a hard surface...

My genius plan of keeping it under the sofa won't now work 🥲

Has anyone had any success in docking on carpet? We haven't got enough space on the hard floor for it, so ideas appreciated!

Can you put it on a vinyl offcut (or similar)?

My Eufy docks on carpet, although it's an older model.

My older model Eufy has always been on carpet too.

The docking stations are somewhat I don’t want to say flimsy but very much move about and do much better against a wall. It’s ok for a quick run about but will never be as good as the big hoover, just a warning.

Agree the docking station is best against a wall or something where it can't get pushed about. Mine is on laminate under the hall shoe bench.
