Memorable 'oops' moments

I just saw this beautiful video on the BBC website and wondered what other funny/memorable 'oops' moments were out there from special occasions...

At my siblings wedding my niece was a flower girl. She did it beautifully in the rehearsal but when it was the real moment she turned around and walked back out telling us 'It's the wrong room! This one has loads of people in it!' <3

Awww that's adorable!

For my husband's 35th birthday, me and my son spent ages the night before making him a birthday cake and a present. I told him it was a big secret so we could surprise him. When he got home that evening, our son bounded towards him and shouted, "DADDY WE HAVE MADE YOU A SURPRISE BIRTHDAY CAKE!"
