How do you stop obsessing with your phone?

When you're in that early chatting is fun stage with a new man? Or even just expecting him to get in touch?

I don't know if it will come to much yet, but we've been out a couple of times and it's fun. Last night I stayed up far too late enjoyed a back and forth with him about the American election result. It was good to have an intelligent political discussion, with someone I don't always agree with, but who is interested in a different POV and provides an interesting and knowledgeable different POV.

There's no earthly reason I should hear from him today, I'll see him this evening at a group thing and we're going out tomorrow....and yet I'm constantly checking my phone.

You mean he's not full of angst wondering if I'll see something in the news and think of him? 🤣

Lock your phone in a box Smile as tough as it is. Wait for him to message or see him as arranged. Don't want to seem too keen.

Leave it in a different part of the house/workplace and get on with your life.
