Paris in winter vs some winter sun.

Theres a convention in Paris an a few weeks I'd like to go to because my idol will be there. I thought I would stay an extra few days and see some of Paris.

But... for the cost of it, I could get a week of winter sun instead and tbh I feel I need it.

If it was summer I'd jump at the opportunity in a heartbeat. But as is... I have a touch of the winter blues and don't know if I feel like all the hassle of cramming a bunch of siteseeing into a few days...in the cold.

Its one of those fomo scenarios I guess.
Is Paris worthwhile in the rain and drizzle?

Which would you do?

I would prefer Paris but it sounds like you really want some winter sun!! So I'd do that in your shoes.

Whenever I go to Paris I always feel disappointed, I expect it to be so much better than it is. So skip the disappointment and take the ☀️

I should mention I've seen my idol on stage before so it's not like a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Though there is the option to pay for photos and autographs this time. But...that's not really my jam. So if I went it would probably just be to watch him speak.
