Morrisons Substitutes No Good - Return All?

Hello

I’ve always had one or two substitutions when online shopping and it’s never been a problem.

But today I have an order from Morrisons where everything has to go back!

I saw they had an offer on the only razor I can use. I’m allergic to most of the moisturiser strips, so these are the only ones that don’t make me itch or prompt an eczema flair up.

I decided to buy 15 packets of four, knowing I wouldn’t have to worry about finding them for a while.

However, they clearly haven’t got any, so they are sending me about 8 packets of much more expensive ones, that I can’t use.

Can I refuse the whole lot? I guess I’m still paying for delivery. There was nowhere in the basket to untick substitutions, or I’d have done that.

Thanks

Yes you can refuse the whole lot, not sure about the charges, but they may refund that too. Is all the delivery just razors?

Morrisons is a bit annoying that you can't turn off substitutions, although I rarely get them as my shopping comes from a warehouse, not a store, so they tend to be more realistic with stock control.

When's it due? You can phone them to cancel the order.

It’s due at 9pm. I didn’t have a phone number and yep, it’s just an order of razors as I don’t tend to shop at Morrisons.
I’ll just have to explain to the driver. Ugh.

Thanks for replying ☺️

I use Morrisons via Amazon, and you can have subs or not on individual items, so some i ban subs and some I'm fine with. Odd that yours didn't have the option.

I ordered through the Morrisons website and there was no option to turn off substitutions at all. I incorrectly assumed that perhaps that was because they wouldn’t try to substitute my item. But there you go.
