I’m getting tired of researching stuff on my tiny phone screen and my ancient iPad dies after about 15 minutes.
I think I need a laptop as I’d quite like to go a bit retro with a keyboard and feel like I’m doing something ‘proper’ rather than staring at a tiny screen!
To be used for: browsing and emails primarily (main need at the minute is holiday research which I am struggling with on my phone) and also photos as I need to download them off my phone and stop paying a monthly fee to Apple for additional storage.
Haven’t had a laptop since my shiny red Dell died about 10 years ago. Maximum budget £300. I’ll keep an eye out for any legit Black Friday bargains once I know what I’m looking for!
