baby's first passport

Hi All,

I applied for my LOs passport last year, but unfortunately 2 times the countersignature was not approved.

So by the time I could call them up or do something about it they withdrew my application.

I recently applied again and my colleague just done the countersignature again from a recognised profession.

However, would I be able to call passport office and tell them if they can link my birth certificate to my LOs new passport because I didn't receive his birth certificate yet. They've basically had it for a year and I hadn't requested it all this time too since I was struggling from PND and just kept forgetting.

Only last week I called requesting birth certificate ye back since I have a housing appointment soon. But, I wasn't yet able to write a letter and send it to post office and instead I reapplied for passport. So therefore I'm hoping they still can just link the bury certificate as they still should have hold of it.

Please let me know any advice thank you.

Order a copy?

Order new copies of birth certificates. I doubt they will still have the copies you sent and they should have returned them to you the last time you applied

the financials aren't on my side 😅 and plus I have the housing appointment soon which is what I needed it for in a hurry. Ah man, I hope they can do something. Thank you both for reminding me of ordering copies though, I really do need to
