Hi I’ve had a pretty successful few months in Vinted.
Since last week everyone who wants to buy are receiving a message saying
‘this item cannot be shipped to your location’
I’m in Northern Ireland.
I am selling clothes and up to then had been sending out parcels daily with no issues.
I’ve contacted Vinted, waited a week for them to get me back and they just advised turning on all shipping options. These are already on. Since then they’ve not been in touch to help.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have deleted items people want to buy and reinstalled them but it stays the same.
I’m desperate to get this sorted as it was brilliant to clear things out and make a bit of money.
Any ideas of what to do or anyone I should contact?
