Any top tips for upset stomach / nausea?

Not sure if it’s a random bug or something I’ve eaten but I’ve got an upset stomach and feeling nauseaus this morning - any tips to get it to clear quickly?

Urgh I’m still not feeling great. I hate feeling nauseous, it makes me feel a bit anxious which I think makes me feel more nauseous.

Don't buy prescription drugs from eBay 🙄

Im hoping it eases by itself with water and toast but I feel worse today I think. Don’t know how you tell if it’s something you have eaten or a bug.
