Help a Disney novice out please

Taking our two little ones to Disneyland Paris is December, they will be four and almost one, any tips on an agenda from those who are Disney experts would be so appreciated!

Agree look at the groups, they are helpful - although a little bit much at times! Look at booking things now, particularly any 'experience' meals (dinner with characters type thing). I think you can also now pay to stand in a cordoned off area for the fireworks, I'd consider this (and book asap) as I found them crazy busy.
