evri are collecting a return from my house tomorrow. There are two boxes, but they are from the same order and the company I am returning them to has sent me one return label. The items are too large to combine into one box.

any idea what to do in this situation? 🙏

Call them tomorrow morning and ask for another label?

Tape both boxes together.

Do you have a printer, could you photocopy the label and attach to both and write 1 of 2 parcels/ 2 of 2 parcels on them.

Or put them into a large bag

Based on my experience it won't work putting the same label on two boxes - at least not with Evri or Royal Mail.

Taping the two boxes together or putting them both in a bigger bag, as suggested above, has worked for me.

Thanks all. They are large heavy boxes so couldn’t tape together or decant into an even bigger one. No response from the retailer today. In the end I just attached the label to one box, let the courier take that one and I’ll figure out what to do with the other next!
