I’ve used TrainPal for years with no issues, either given the option of paper ticket or e-ticket, but mostly it’s defaulted to e-ticket.
The last few times it’s automatically issued paper tickets, the first few times I was immediately able to change them to e-tickets, but now that’s no longer an option.
Is this a TrainPal problem? Anyone know how I can fix it? There are no options to choose the type of ticket at purchase, which is a big pain as I’ve bought them for someone else.
