I'm surprised that anyone would wonder why the men have barely been mentioned.
The drive to have sex is biologically driven. Its the ultimate expression of sexuality. I would think that many men, if offered the opportunity to have sex with a woman who is offering it up, without care or consequence, are going to say yes without too much pontification. And setting aside if they're married or not, if they use a condom or not, which are all further choices that will depend on individual circumstances and moral decisions, why not?
As to Lily's choices and decisions, this is more interesting to me as a reader, and a woman. I don't know this person, her background or the state of her mental health, but on the face of what's written in this piece, and what we see in the photograph, she is making business, artistic and personal choices that she is reported as being totally comfortable with. And so I don't have a problem with that either. I think women like this are probably quite rare, but then again, I don't really know. But she's in her early 20's, so if ever you're going to feel driven to enjoy sex to this extent, it's likely to be around this age. So, again, if she loves having sex, like she says, is earning great money, and isn't harming herself or the men involved then why not?
Where it gets more difficult for me is within the context of the porn industry as a whole and the idea that selling sex can ever be considered empowering or feminist within the existing societal/ patriarchal structures. On balance, I think not, but @DysonSphere makes some really interesting points.
