Pillow problems!

Looking for advice re; pillows....I am a front sleeper (have tried changing this as know it's not ideal, but just cannot settle comfortably in any other position!) I often wake up with a nasty neck ache....I have tried flatter pillows, and plumper ones.
I've got mid range (silent night) ones before aswell as cheapy ones, but haven't tried anything that expensive as I know they aren't returnable so don't want to waste my money if it doesn't suit!

Is there any that people can recommend in my situation pls??

Have you tried no pillow at all?

Yep I have, but still got neckache.
I read that your neck/head isn't supposed to be tipped backwards (too flat) or crooked upwards (too puffy) but hard to find a middle ground.
I had a good one in a hotel once, but typically forgot to look at what is was!
I'm wondering if memory foam would suit...but abit anxious about the chemicals thing....

I have a firm memory foam pillow and a cheap scunchupable feather pillow on top. I found doing this stopped the problems you're having. Maybe you need a hybrid approach to pillows too?

Shredded memory foam pillows are wonderfully comfortable. Mine have a zip so you can remove filling to get the exact height you need.

Buckwheat pillows are great. They're very supportive without being too hard. I sleep on my stomach and never have problems getting comfortable.

Dunlopillo (now Relyon) are the only pillows that I get a reliably good night sleep on. They are pricey but last forever.
