How do I best help my DS

My DS is 24 and lives a few hours away. He has literally just split from his girlfriend (yesterday I think). I am not sure of the details (whose decision etc) but he is so upset. He can’t eat or concentrate and has some professional exams coming up which he can’t focus on. It’s obviously very early days but what can I do to help. I have offered to drive to his or for him to come to me but he has refused. I think he has been in bed all day. Any helpful suggestions?

Well it’s only been a day, sounds pretty normal.

Some supportive texts and maybe a voucher for online food shop or UberEats?

@FlingFlong he says that he saw one of his mates last night but no one was free today. They’ve been together a year.

@loropianalover thank you that’s a great idea about the food delivery!

@FlingFlong yes absolutely. It’s just horrible that he feels so rotten and I can’t fix it for him! He’s a lovely lad and very caring and thoughtful. I just want him to meet someone the same!
