My husband gets an Airfix model, cider and socks.
He's happy every year.

Needmorelego · 02/11/2024 22:08

I might not get socks this year though. He has loads and doesn't keep them in pairs.....grrrr 😂

I recently got my husband a hamper from the Cornish company for his birthday, which went down really well! *alrhough, it was more along the lines of £30

Other then if I had a smaller budget, I'd get choccies and beer from the supermarket 👍

Problem is you can’t much for £20 these days 😫, all my suggestions are generic:socks, chocolate, alcohol, or a book.

DH is getting a hoodie, a Dior cologne, shower gels, joggers, trainers and a hot water bottle. He tends to splurge a lot more on me but he is just very hard to buy for!

My dad is getting books, chocolate, F1 exhibition tickets, a new shirt, slippers and CDs as he is big on music

Only getting my 2 brothers some chocolate and a jumper each because we don't really do much on gifts for siblings as adults. We get stuff for our nephews and nieces though which is much easier as our kids help us choose the presents!

Some sort of power tool or such whatever he stops and stares at in bandq

His choice of new lingerie which is really for me and a ration / coupon book of intimate activities ranging from an evening of quietness to the ever popular oral chapter

I got my dad a bread saw, it’s basically a hacksaw for bread and it looks very cool. He cuts a lot of fresh bread. I got one from a company called Jonoknife but they do them lots of places. Looks more expensive than it is IYSWIM.

Good recent thread here with loads of ideas

GiddyRobin · 03/11/2024 13:36

Aftershave, books, vinyl, a comfortable office chair, mead, two fancy waistcoats, socks, his favourite chocolate, and a few "fun" bits not to be opened in front of the kids. 🤣

I know a lot of fishermen so a national fishing voucher as can use it in lots of places and can buy online. They’re so fussy so it’s perfect! Also prob clothes

I got one of these gift boxes. A little over budget at £24 (they're on sale) but seems very good quality and good sense of humour with it

DH is getting his favourite beers and a bulk buy of his favourite shower gels.
