School trousers which are roomey

Hi,

Can anyone recommend some school trousers for my 10 year old son? He's quite muscular big legs and bum. He's not overweight but keeps complaining all the trousers I'm buying are too tight.

I've been buying a few years up but they are getting too long and he's still saying too tight round the thighs esp. He's like a rugby player build if that makes sense.

Zeco Sturdy Fit, you can buy the actual age rather than several sizes up.

M&S seem to try to fit all shapes.
I have the long legged thin hipped child variety and I am sure I saw wider hipped trousers. You can get different lengths so you get older age with shorter length?

Sturdy kids sell trousers in all sorts of sizes. I get my son's here- despite not being sturdy in the slightest (super long legs and no hips) they sell clothes by waist and leg measurement as opposed to ages that don't mean much.

OP did you manage to get the right trousers? I have the same issue with my 13 year old. He is a bit like a rugby player or a swimmer and "normal" size trousers feel too tight.
