Technical problem when ordering anything

Ho Can anyone help??

It seems whenever I order anything (not AMazon) they want to send me a text code to my phone. It seems somehow via Goodle/Gmail??? I gave them a phone number. I have lost that pone and have another one now with a different phone number. How do I get in to whatever to change my number please?

Anyone???

Go into you account with them and change the number?
Or you could do a live chat or similar.

Just update the phone number on your Google profile.

To update your phone number on your Google account, you can do the following:
1 Open your device's Settings app
2 Tap Google
3 Tap Your name
4 Tap Manage your Google Account
5 Tap Personal info at the top
6 Under Contact info, tap Phone number
7 Next to your number, tap Edit
8 Tap Update number
9 Enter your new phone number
10 Tap Select

Hmm Cannot seem to find it (google). Mine is a vodophone very basic phone. I hope the technically able porter is in today and he can help me! My last phone was one of those swipeable Samsung Galaxy ones.

Open a Google app, e.g. Gmail. At the top right hand corner you'll see a round icon. Press that and you'll get "manage my Google account". Then follow the instructions above.
