Help! Am I missing something obvious?!

I have just today moved into a property which is all electric with a water tank and immersion heater. There is no boiler.

There is a panel on the wall next to the tank. No lights come on when I switch it on. There seems to be no power at all.

I have looked and switched every switch in the place looking for a master switch or something.

Am I missing something really obvious?! I have no hot water 😔

Are all switches up in the fuse box?

Do you have electrics in other parts of the house? Lights?

Is it just the hot water or all the electric? Have you checked the fuse box?

Have you tried googling it? We had to when we moved in, it was set for times not convenient for us

Is there a thermostat strapped to the tank? If so it may be turned right down. Needs to be up to 60 degrees or more.
