Do I eat a balanced diet?

Not sure where else to put this.
Done a lot of reading recently so am curious, as always thought it was a healthy way to eat, and it's enjoyable!
As I am just past meno and my mum had osteoporosis, I am interested in doing the best I can to keep healthy.

My meals often contain combinations of - chicken, cheese, eggs, oily fish.
Also salad, veg, nuts and potatoes. Veg type things dominate my 'plate'.
Occasionally rice with mackerel, or a tortilla wrap with chicken and salad.

I don't tend to go for large, traditional meals such as cottage pies and curries, not sure why. I haven't eaten red meat in 30 yrs.
If I snack it's often seeded crackers with gruyere (I'm fancy like that ) avocado and nuts.

I drink a good bit of tea, not a lot of milk, and like cordial with sparkling water.
I drink wine about twice a week.

I have a bad gut reaction to legumes so avoid them.
Anything glaringly missing here? I may have forgot something. It look nice and healthy on one level but would love some tips.
Whilst I do eat iron rich plant foods I obviously don't get a ton of heme/legume iron and haven't for decades. I no longer menstruate so imagine that isn't as vital now, I don't know!

I am 5'4 and weight about 8 stone. This hasn't altered through my life though. I do often feel crap lately but am suffering a ton of stress. I take a multivitamin and do yoga and moderate, mixed exercise.

I felt my best 2 years ago when making homemade, healthy pizza and a temporary inclusion of bacon/ham. Some do or don't class this as red meat, I've never been sure! I don't eat it anymore due to the bad health press it gets.
I eat less carb and meat now, I suppose. I'd make a shit vegan!

On paper, your diet sounds good. Do you drink plenty of water? Also, do you eat extras like biscuits, cake, chocolate, bread, noodles, rice, pasta and if so, in what proportion to the good foods?

Another question, you say you haven't bee feeling great recently. In what way, tiredess, aches, dizzy spells, hot spells?

do you think i feeling your best has to do with bacon / ham on your pizza?!

That is quite… specific!
