House clearance

Wasn't sure which topic to post this in! I'm in the process of clearing my late parents' house. There are some things that that I think I might be able to sell - crystal, old watches, cameras, maybe some vinyl records. What is the most straightforward way to do this? I don't really do eBay.

Yoiu can take items to a local auction house (if you have one nearby), my partner did this recently when clearing his parents house. Some items were sold on their own, some were put together and sold as a job lot. To be honest, whilst it was a fairly easy way of getting rid of stuff, the amount some items sold for was quite upsetting really. Just a couple of quid in some cases.

Other than that, the slightly more valuable items went on eBay.
