Anyone have a kids echo dot?

Thinking of getting one for my 7 year old for Christmas, are they any good? Would love someone’s review before I bought thanks!

Mine has and echo show which has a small screen on it. It’s been great for her to listen to music on and the controls are easy to set up. The screen means she sees lyrics and the name of the album etc

I read bad reviews about the kids one so we opted for a 5th generation echo dot and our 5 year old loves it. Loves to put on his own music

Yes dd had one when she was 4 for the playroom it gets lots of use. They each have one in their bedroom too that gets less use as they only chill out upstairs but definitely enjoyed
